We want Occira Release to earn its place in your routine. If it doesn't, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to ask for a full refund, even if you've used it.

How to request a refund

Email us at palonen.sebastian@gmail.com with your order number. A real person will reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions. We cover the return shipping cost.

When you'll get your money back

As soon as your return is on its way to us with tracking, we'll refund your original payment method. Refunds are issued within 5 business days, and your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Occira Release arrives damaged or stops working within 30 days, email us a short description or photo and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge at any time before it ships. Just email us your order number.
